Refund policy

What is your return policy?

All purchased, non-rented, items are final sale and cannot be returned. Rented items can be returned at any point before the end of the rental period, but you will still be charged for the full rental price.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

No, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed. We are not responsible and do not issue refunds for orders with incorrect or invalid shipping addresses. If you entered in an invalid shipping address for a rental item and can’t return it at the end of your rental period, you will be charged for the full purchase price of the item.
